I have a friend who has these procedures for hams 1&2. The buyer is a buyer for several auto makers. His target price mid to upper $240's. If you agree with his procedures please contact me.
1. Seller provides offer with current close-up pictures of scrap metal. 2. Buyer sends LOI expressing intent to purchase, based on pictures received and intent to visit seller and inspect scrap in person at buyers expense. 3. Buyer meets with seller and inspects scrap. 4. Contract is signed contingent upon successful in yard SGS inspection at buyers expense. 5.Upon successful SGS inspection, L/C is opened by buyer. 6. Shipment proceeds as usual within 30-45 days, seller provides SGS inspection at loading.
If these procedures are acceptable, please forward offer to begin. I am direct to the buyer with no one in the middle.

But our business policy is shoot for, committed long term relationship. Please send us the CIF price for Scrap Materials HMS 1&2 ISRI 200 -203 No.1 and-204-No.2 to Chittagong Sea Port, Bangladesh. We can have contact for a 30,000.00 MT/yr, along with the condition set forth. Please let us know ASAP along with sample picture, if you are interested doing business with us. Conditions as follows: 1. First Month: 250 mt 2. Second Month: 500 to 3000 mt 3. Third Month: 3000 to 5000 mt 4. Fourth Month: 5,000 mt ( this may increase) 5. Sixth Month: Aforementioned) ( Aforementioned) ( Note that below our contact procedures) Procedures 1. The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) or an Irrevocable Letter Of Intent (LOI) with soft probe authorization or BCL from a top 25 bank 2. The Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer. 3. The Buyer signs and returns FCO, notating the type of LC and the issuing and confirming bank 3. The Seller issues a draft contract to the Buyer. 4. The Buyer returns revised draft contract to the Seller via, fax or email. 5. The Seller reviews and confirms any changes made in draft contract by the Buyer. If the Seller agrees to the changes made by Buyer, the Seller issues the final binding contract via fax or email. 6. The Buyer returns the final agreed contract duly signed and sealed via email or fax. 7. If hard copies are required, The Buyer will then print the draft contract and personally sign, seal and initial 4 Hard Copies of the Contract and then send contract via Courier to the Seller. The Seller will then sign, seal, initial and return two (2) originals by courier to the Buyer. 8. The BuyerĘs banker sends a draft copy if the Letter of Credit to the Seller for approval by the Seller and the SellerĘs bank. 9. The Buyer will then, with 7 days of receiving approval of the Letter of Credit, open an acceptable operative payment instrument to the SellerĘs bank. 10. The Seller will, within 5 working days of receipt of an acceptable operative payment instrument, provide the Buyer with a 2% Performance Bond against confirmed value of each shipment. 11. Shipping of the material will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of SellerĘs receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument. (Clause 11 could be negotiated between parties, if necessary before the final shipment). Optional Procedures Non-operative LC accepted. After Non-Operative LC, Seller will send POP and issue 2% PB PB can be issued before LC if an MT 799 pre-advice LC is issued from an approved bank guaranteeing the opening of a previously agreed LC upon receipt of the 2% PB. This is valid with annual contracts only ū not on spots. Table Top Meeting with the Seller is allowed. Buyer must negotiate and sign draft contract before meeting. At the TTM, the Buyer will meet the Seller and both parties will sign final hard copies of contract.
